First Israel-UAE Flight To Take Place Next Week - Aero World

U.S. officers have confirmed yesterday that the historic first non-stop flight between Israel and the United Arab Emirates is scheduled for next week on an EL Al aircraft.



The historic flight will be carrying senior-level American and Israeli delegations to Abu Dhabi after the two countries agreed to normalize their international relations.

The flight, possibly operated on an Israeli El-Al Boeing 787 Dreamliner. However, the Israeli officials have not informed about it.

Who will be on board the flight...

The first flight will carry a U.S. delegation headed by President Trump’s senior adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner. Along with them, nationwide safety adviser Robert O’Brien, Mideast envoy Avi Berkowitz and envoy for Iran Brian Hook will also be on board, the officers stated.

Similarly, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also informed that his nationwide safety adviser, Meir Ben-Shabbat, would lead Israel’s delegation. Netanyahu also stated the talks would advance peace and normalization between the countries.

What the Israeli PM said...

In a statement, Prime Minister Netanyahu said:

"This is a historic agreement. It will spur growth. It will help bring general economic growth, especially during the coronavirus era. I hope that other countries in our region will join the circle of peace."

"There is a lot to see there," he added.

The flight will be the first direct flight by Israel’s national airline to a Gulf Arab country if operated on an El Al airliner. 

The main objective of this special trip is to start negotiations regarding bilateral agreements between the countries. These negotiations may eventually lead to the signing of bilateral agreements.
